I can't believe the play this thing got. This affected - relatively - so few people anyways! It was a free-market decision after-all had it stayed solely w/ DTV. This would have negatively affected about 200,000 people nationwide - and a lot of those could have gone to DTV.
What exactly was the big deal, other than for John Kerry to try to make himself feel remotely relevant again?
